ONE’s Great Garden menu
Featuring the best herbs, vegetables, flowers and fruits from our own 1000m2 garden, and from sustainable local sources. This menu is fully vegetarian and contains no meat or fish.
ONE’s 3 course menu
A vivid snapshot of our regular length menu; also perfect for an abbreviated dining experience (served in 90 min). Offered exclusively during dinner on Wednesday/Thursday, and during lunch on Friday/Saturday.
