Reservations at ONE can be made up to 6 months in advance. Bookings for special occasions (such as groups, weddings or parties) can be made further ahead.

Restaurant ONE closes at 11.30 pm.

At 11.30 pm you will have reached the end of your culinary journey. Savour a last bite, finish your glass to the very last drop and take the memory of a wonderful evening home or to your hotel. At that time we will kindly present the bill and close the doors of Restaurant ONE for the day.

After you leave, we make sure everything is tidy and clean, ready for the next day. This keeps our team fresh and able to give every guest a fantastic experience, day after day.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a deposit when you book online. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, and we will refund the amount.

Do you have a vegetarian menu?
Yes. Every menu is available as a fully vegetarian Great Garden menu. Please mention this when you book.

Do you offer an alcohol-free pairing?
Yes. Our host Bethany DeLong creates mocktails and alcohol-free pairings for every course.

How long does dinner take?
Teaser of ONE (3 courses) takes around 2 hours, or 90 minutes on request. Taste of ONE (5 courses) takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes, All of ONE (7 courses) about 3.5 hours. Need to leave at a certain time? Let us know and we will make sure your menu is served within that time.

Is there a dress code?
Dining at ONE should feel like a celebration, so come as you feel your best.

Is there parking at the restaurant?
Yes. From 6 pm and all weekend, 6 parking spaces are available for our guests. There is also plenty of paid parking in front of the ECI building on Dr. Bärstraat.

Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes, provided you let us know when you book; requests made only at the table cannot always be accommodated. Our kitchen works with gluten, nuts and dairy, among other ingredients. For coeliac disease, life-threatening allergies or a combination of several allergies, we therefore cannot guarantee safe preparation. We do not offer strictly halal, kosher or vegan cooking.

Where can I stay nearby?
Roermond has several lovely places to stay, such as Hotel Het Arresthuis, Kasteeltje Hattem, BnB10 and Theaterhotel De Oranjerie. Please book directly with the hotel.

Do you offer packages with hotels?
Yes, together with Hotel Het Arresthuis. This package is booked through the hotel itself.
